TK Maxx is a store based and online retailer operating in six countries, including the UK and Southern Ireland. TK Maxx is part of the international retail organisation TJX Companies, Inc., who run over 3,800 stores globally.

TK Maxx sell high-quality brand names and designer products without gimmicks, at great value. This is exactly on par with Liftec’s own customer-focused approach to customer service and is one of the reasons why Liftec was appointed to maintain TK Maxx’s 602 lifts. The portfolio of lifts are located at over 331 stores across the UK and Southern Ireland.

Since 2011, Liftec has been in partnership with CBRE FM Division, a commercial real estate that manages the TK Maxx property portfolio. Liftec’s regional field managers oversee the day-to-day operation of our maintenance and repair service, along with any daily communication that may be required regarding problems or out of service lifts.

We communicate with our clients very seriously as we believe that this is how we build and maintain strong relationships. A dedicated team of personnel deal directly with CBRE and TK Maxx.

Further to our maintenance of the 602 lifts, Liftec undertakes routine repairs and provide an emergency 24/7 call out service for passenger entrapments. We also provide a breakdown and call out service.
