Liftec Real Time is a fully integrated management system that records and allocates work, manages service, lifts history records and sends status reports of progress and job completion to our customers. Real Time Management provides far more than a call management service, it holds a comprehensive lift history on every lift we maintain allowing our service centre operators to view and compile detailed history, performance, status reports and, importantly, lift out of service trends.
Our customers can log into a secure portal through this website to gain access to the performance reports and other customer specific information pertaining to their lifts.
