Liftec was established by our chairman and owner, John Emery, to address the increasing needs of the UK’s expanding lift industry market. The foundation of our business focuses on our ability to maintain and repair any lift. Since our formation, and remaining firmly independent, the company has grown year on year through customer recommendations and word of mouth.
UK National Lift Company
Liftec’s Head Office is located in Dartford, Kent which accommodates our sales, design, call centre, new lift and modernisation departments together with our back-office administration. Additionally, within our 10,000 sq ft premises, we maintain a stock of refurbished, obsolete lift parts to support the needs of our clients who have older equipment.
As the business has grown, we have opened two regional offices in Andover and Rochdale to support the increasing need for our South West and Northern-based lift services.
From the very start of our business, we have always concentrated on communication and continuity and believe it is one of the differences that sets us apart from the major lift companies in the market. However, it is not only communication that we are known for, our directors, project engineers and draftsmen are all long-established and highly experienced lift people.
