Lifts serving passengers within public buildings have to be very robust, durable and manufactured and maintained to some of the highest Health & Safety standards of almost any industry in the UK. Not only that, but the on-site team needs to ensure that work is undertaken with high levels of public safety in mind and keep the disruption level to a minimum, to keep the building fully operational.

This is why, over the past decade, Liftec has won contracts for the installation, modernisation and maintenance for some of the UK’s most intensely-used lifts including hospitals, irrespective of make, model or age.

Our two latest Reference Sites include Chelsea and Westminster Hospital Lift Modernisation, for the upgrade and modernisation of seven of the hospital’s lifts, installed over 27 years ago, and Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust Maintenance & Repair Lift Service to 44 units across nine of the Trust’s sites, to include a 24-hour, 365-day emergency call out service.

When recommending products or services for public locations, your Liftec Account Manager will take into account your specific needs considering building usage, passenger traffic flow and of course your budget projections. Get in touch for further details.
