Liftec has a track record of success in maintaining and modernising lifts in properties owned and managed by various Regional and City councils. This case study relates to Hammersmith & Fulham Council, one of London’s leading councils, accommodating over 180,000 residents across 13 districts.
Liftec has undertaken multiple lift modernisation contracts for Hammersmith & Fulham Council for many years, based on our reliability.
In 2020, Liftec were again approached by Hammersmith & Fulham Council and asked to participate in a competitive tendering exercise for the servicing and maintenance of 195 lifts.
Whilst adhering to strict COVID-19 health and safety guidelines set by the Government, Liftec engineers undertook various site visits to undertake lift status surveys, to establish Hammersmith & Fulham’s safety and reliability requirements. This was followed up with written status reports, as part of our tender submission process.
Liftec was awarded the maintenance contract for the 195 lifts after a successful tender result.
We have established a dedicated service team which includes a group of engineers, a Project Manager and project-specific administrators who oversee all of the lifts under this contract.
