In January 2018, Liftec was awarded the maintenance contract for 198 units across multiple sites owned by the organisations mentioned above. The award followed several meetings with Bouygues’ Senior Procurement Manager and a successful competitive tender submission.

Many of the buildings operate in the healthcare, residential and public sectors. Liftec’s commitment to consistent levels of lift performance and reliability has been key to maintaining customer confidence. One of the crucial requirements of this contract is for our engineers to ensure that potential lift failures and passenger entrapments are kept to the very minimum and resolved and as efficiently as possible.

To address the lifts’ needs for safety and reliability, a series of detailed lift status reports were provided to Bouygues from the outset of maintenance works.

This contract has been successfully retendered and re-awarded to Liftec, since 2018.
